Reamer Shoe
EOT’s Reamer Shoe (Single/Double Valve) is engineered with a blade cutting structure and diamond-shaped faces, ensuring smooth and secure passage of casing and liners. Designed for rotating and reciprocating applications, it navigates challenges such as ledges, swelling shale, mud cake buildup, porous formations, and sand bridges within the wellbore.

- Blade Cutting Structure: Provides reaming capability to navigate tight spots or obstructions effectively.
- Eccentric Aluminium Guide Nose: Designed to climb ledges and negotiate wellbore obstructions while being easily drilled with PDC and rock bits.
- Chip Breaker Design: Prevents “bird nesting” by creating small, manageable aluminium chips during drill-out.
- High Strength Nose: The profiled alloy nose offers durability and anchors firmly in uncured cement, ensuring smooth casing and liner operations.
- Compatibility: Works seamlessly with all casing and liner hanger assemblies for versatile applications.
